Become a Tester

Our current app undergoing testing is:

Muso is the new way to teach & learn music theory.

We believe music theory shouldn’t be a chore to learn or a last minute panic just to get through an exam.

Understanding music gives us the tools we need to express music in our own way in the most universal language.

Through fully customisable quizzes, Muso makes starting music theory fun and manageable for students, and gives teachers a full overview and understanding of how their pupils are progressing each week.

With its advanced understanding of each pupils ability, Muso can deliver learning quizzes based on each individuals ability and requirement or let the teacher set exactly the type of material they need.

Classroom Teachers

Ensuring every member of your music class is progressing and fully understanding each musical concept as you introduce it can be difficult. Muso helps you track and manage the learning speed of your whole class.

Below is a list of our favourite features for classroom teachers:

  • Classes to sort your pupils however you wish and deliver tailored work to each person within that class.
  • Student/class overview – See at a glance the progress of a whole class or see each individuals scores in each topic.
  • Set quizzes – set fully customised quizzes for individuals or full classes, or set a quiz automatically generated for each pupil.
  • Security – We have designed Muso with strict safeguarding and data protection in mind. No personal details are ever exchanged between pupil and teacher and we have a robust linking system so no teacher can initiate contact with a student.
Private Teachers

The grade 5 rush doesn’t give students the long term tools to really connect with their music making. Using Muso to introduce and develop topic understanding lets you prepare each lesson based on the student’s theory practice during the week.

Below is a list of our favourite features for classroom teachers:

  • Student/Class Overview – See at a glance the progress of a whole class (e.g all Grade 5 pupils) or see each individuals scores in each topic.
  • Set quizzes – set fully customised quizzes for individuals or full classes. Or set a quiz automatically generated for each individual.
  • Set Homework – Being able to track your pupils progress in between lessons ensures you know for sure when they have and haven’t practised, and lets you maintain a rounded lesson plan by showing you their exact results to see where to do and dont need extra guidance.
